RENT is back together after a summer season of fun and games on September 29th, 2026

R.E.N.T. is back! After a summer hiatus, members gathered for breakfast at the Union League Club to reconnect, exchange ideas, and kick off the fall with timely conversations spanning residential and commercial real estate, market trends, and the future of energy in the built environment. Guest speaker Joshua Soble of Terramorph Group discussed geothermal energy systems and their growing role in the built environment. Keith DeCoster of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) also joined us as a guest speaker. He shared insights into how New York City’s commercial real estate market compares with markets across the U.S. and prior cycles, highlighting NYC’s strength across multiple sectors. Meet Professional Contacts and Make Friends

RENT consists of member firms which are engaged in some real estate activity either directly or in support thereof. Each firm is represented by an owner, partner or key employee. Meetings are held on a monthly basis for purposes of exchanging referrals, discussing new and interesting topics in the real estate field and general business information. Members are encouraged to meet each other frequently in between our monthly meetings to further develop relationships and create new business opportunities. In addition we invite targeted guests to join our meetings either as a guest speaker on a particular topic or as a new potential member for our group.
