Jeffrey W. Meshel is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Candor Capital Partners, a trailblazing real estate acquisition platform whose current portfolio consists of industrial properties, mixed use multifamily, and commercial properties tenanted by medical-based companies. The platform also originates short-term bridge loans secured against commercial and residential properties. Candor Capital Partners also acquires distressed debt. Simultaneous to leading Candor Capital Partners, Mr. Meshel is the driving force behind Lux Miami, a high-end luxury car rental business nestled in the heart of Miami, Florida.
Mr. Meshel is also the director of business development for the Chrysalis Orchestra. The Chrysalis Orchestra is a 40-piece instrumental orchestra playing classic rock songs.
Previously, Jeffrey served as Founder and CEO of Paradigm Capital Group—a real estate bridge lender financing properties nationwide. His entrepreneurial spirit combined with his personal experience was the catalyst for him to create DIVORCEFORCE, an empowering online community navigating the complexities of divorce.
Mr. Meshel’s board involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors at Signature Bank for fifteen years. Additionally, he channels his passion for community growth through his current involvement as a respected board member of the CPR Foundation, contributing to fostering positive police-community relations.
Mr. Meshel also founded and formerly chaired the Strategic Forum, a distinguished high-level networking organization, and is the author of “One Phone Call Away…Secrets of a Master Networker,” “The Opportunity of Magnet,” and “Trust is a Double-Edged Sword, Trust Me.” Mr. Meshel’s reason for being is to make a difference and is empowered by the aphorism, “Don’t ask what is in it for me-ask how I can help you?” Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
