Edward P. Hogan is a real estate executive and retail strategist with over three decades of
experience driving value across some of the most prominent mixed-use and high-street assets in
the United States.
Mr. Hogan currently serves as Head of Leasing at JVP Management, a private equity firm, where
he is spearheading the leasing strategy for The Mix, a landmark $3 billion, 112-acre master-
planned mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. One of the most ambitious projects underway
in the Sun Belt, The Mix will deliver over 2 million square feet of Class A office space, 375,000
square feet of upscale retail, 3,300 residential units, two hotels, and a 12-acre central park. Mr.
Hogan is leading the full-spectrum leasing effort across all uses, curating the tenant mix and
retail programming that will define this transformative development for the North Dallas market
and beyond.
Drawing on more than $10 billion in assets leased and repositioned over his career, including
Moynihan Train Hall, Penn Station, Brookfield Place, and Fifth Avenue, Mr. Hogan brings
institutional-caliber leasing strategy and deep global retailer relationships to bear on one of the
country's most consequential ground-up developments.
Prior to joining JVP Management, Mr. Hogan served as Executive Vice President and Head of
Retail Leasing at Vornado Realty Trust, where he oversaw a 2.4 million square foot portfolio
spanning Fifth Avenue, Madison Avenue, and Times Square. In that role, he drove leasing
strategy across a portfolio generating over $200 million in NOI, working closely with equity
partners to align operational decisions with long-term return objectives.
In addition to his institutional experience, Mr. Hogan has demonstrated a unique ability to
operate at the intersection of private real estate and public sector initiatives. As Chairman of the
Fifth Avenue Association, he conceived and secured $350 million in public funding to reimagine
one of the world's most valuable retail corridors, an effort requiring extensive coordination
across government agencies, ownership groups, and design teams.
Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Brookfield Properties and Olympia & York, where he
was involved in major redevelopment, leasing, and acquisition initiatives across large-scale
portfolios.
Mr. Hogan began his career as an architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and holds both a
Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Real Estate. His dual background informs a
holistic approach to development, combining design sensibility, leasing expertise, and
investment strategy in a way that few practitioners can offer.
He is widely recognized for his deep relationships with global retailers, institutional owners, and
industry stakeholders, and for his ability to align leasing, development, and investment strategy
to drive asset-level performance and long-term value creation.
