Zach leads advocacy strategies to advance REBNY’s public policy priorities and oversees external relationships and
outreach to policymakers. His work has helped to advance sensible City, State and Federal
policies that support REBNY's objectives. Prior to REBNY, Zach was Deputy Policy Director in
the Office of the New York City Comptroller and worked for former U.S. Senator Tom Harkin.
