Tim’s expertise lies in the development and execution of energy projects and in fostering business growth through strategic partnerships nationwide, advancing non-proprietary submetering to drive down operating costs while maintaining or boosting operational performance.
Prior to joining utiliVisor in 2006, Tim worked for York International as a sales engineer in the Applied Systems group, where he spent over five years delivering tailored HVAC solutions for complex projects. Prior to York, he sailed as a licensed third-assistant engineer as a merchant marine.
