BLUE INC, London, UK: acquisition vehicle Steven ran as CEO to acquire/transform brands into more profitable evolutions:
• The Officers Club: as CEO, led the restructuring, repositioning, and integration of 46 locations into larger group of 200.
• D2 Jeans: as CEO, strategized/drove acquisition and multi-channel growth of a portfolio of brands to 25x EBITDA.
