Rob Haddad

With expertise spanning planning, design, and project management, Rob has been a key
contributor to SM&W’s success since he joined our firm 19 years ago. Rob has been
instrumental in shaping the company’s operational strategy, optimizing processes, and driving
cross-functional collaboration among our global offices. Rob, in conjunction with key
stakeholders, establishes policies that promote the firm’s culture and vision. Having a focus on
managing overall business strategies and daily operations, he plays a pivotal role in driving
SM&W’s continued growth and success as COO and building upon SM&W’s legacy of
innovation and consistency.

Before becoming COO, Rob held the position of Integrated Communications Technology
Manager. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the convergence and technical
coordination of SM&W’s AV, IT, and Security teams. Rob also oversaw the development and
management of design-related policies and procedures, ensuring quality assurance across all
the firm’s projects.

Rob has worked on many global and large-scale projects during his tenure at the firm. His
journey at SM&W’s began as a Senior associate in physical security and systems design, where
his proficiency led to the design and implementation of integrated security systems for
numerous global-scale projects and spearheading the firm’s security practice initiatives and
technical design standards as he transitioned to Senior Principal and Global Physical Security
Discipline Leader.
