Marc Kaplan

Marc is tasked with the oversight of the property management division of the company. His duties include securing strong stability
controls, efficiency and compliance of all of the company’s operations, including Finance, Accounting, Leasing, Marketing, Purchasing,
Compliance, Legal, etc. with an emphasis on property level NOI.
An industry veteran, Marc Kaplan brings over twenty-five years of operations and management experience to Lisa. Prior to joining the organization, Marc held the
position of Chief Operating Officer of C&C Apartment Management LLC, the management subsidiary of L+M Development Partners Inc. While at C+C Marc grew the
management portfolio from 12,000 to over 20,000 units managed, most of which occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. Other past roles include Executive
Managing Director of the Multifamily Division of FirstService Residential, the largest property management firm in North America. In his role, he was responsible for the
direct oversite of the national operations team, institutional and portfolio new business development, rental marketing and leasing and lease administration. Marc was
instrumental in the rapid expansion of FirstService Residential’s national presence–growing the portfolio from 5,000 to 15,000 units. Through his guidance, the
organization rolled out multiple technological enhancements including a portfolio-wide e-signature platform. A native New Yorker, Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in
Marketing from The American University and a Certificate in Property Management from New York University.
