An industry expert in real estate market analysis, Keith DeCoster is Vice President of Market Data and Policy for the Real Estate Board of New York, the City’s leading real estate trade association.
In his role at REBNY, Keith heads up the trade association’s research efforts. REBNY produces publications that monitor the state of New York City’s real estate market, as well as custom studies focused on the challenges that the industry faces.
Current areas of analysis include the health of retail corridors throughout the City, the impact of remote work on Manhattan’s central business districts and the City’s ongoing housing shortage.
Prior to REBNY Keith directed national retail research at Newmark and market research at Savills Studley.
