Jamie Propp is the Founder & CEO of Techmenity, a New York-based Technology General Contractor (TechGC) helping teams bring clarity and ownership to
building technology. Over the years, he noticed the same pattern across projects: buildings increasingly rely on connected systems, but the technology scope is often fragmented across vendors and introduced too late in the process; creating coordination issues, scope gaps, and unnecessary friction for everyone involved.
Techmenity was built to solve that problem by working alongside architects, designers, MEP engineers, and construction teams to coordinate AV, IT, security, connectivity, and low-voltage infrastructure as a cohesive part of the project — from the beginning. Jamie’s work focuses on bridging the gap between design intent, construction reality, and the people who will live and work in these spaces.
