Bill Walzer is a New York attorney concentrating in commercial and multifamily real estate transactions and litigation in federal and New York state courts.  Bill represents parties engaged in property sales, tax-deferred exchanges and leases.  He advises clients on the real estate development process and on the laws which concern public offerings of real estate investments.  He has handled matters involving the transfer of development rights, and the leasing of air space.  Bill prepares agreements that govern the relationships of joint venture partners, shareholders and LLC members. Litigated matters he handles frequently involve disputes which concern real estate
