Jeffrey Forster is a FINRA licensed Series 22 and 63 securities representative. In addition to being the Director of Equity with Time Equities, he holds the position of Director of Alternative Investments for the G Family Office.
For the past 30 years, Mr. Forster has been working in the real estate industry, where he has an established track record in identifying, structuring, acquiring and managing residential and commercial properties throughout the United States. During this time, he has also been co-investing in industrial, commercial, retail and office properties in partnership with Time Equities Inc.
As Director of Equity with Time Equities, Jeff consults with his clients regarding their investments into the TEI Income & Opportunity Fund III and for their 1031 Tax Exchange needs. Additionally, Jeff works with the G Family office on sourcing and evaluating potential alternative investments.
Mr. Forster’s experience in facilitating real estate investment and 1031 tax exchanges gives him the ability to utilize Time Equities vast resources to structure custom-tailored solutions for his clients. These resources include in-house legal, tax, investor service, acquisition, and management teams with significant knowledge and technical expertise work collaboratively alongside Mr. Forster to accommodate specific investment objectives.
Jeff currently sits on the board of directors of several New York based non-for-profit organizations including the Omi International Art Center, Sports and Arts in Schools Foundation, and the Greenburger Center for Social and Criminal Justice. Jeff is deeply passionate in spreading awareness for the causes he cares about.
Jeff was a tennis pro in the Hamptons during the 70s and 80s where he managed a tennis club and eventually built condos on the bay. He played number one singles at Ithaca where he was also highly ranked in doubles. He is an active tennis player and continues to play competitively in various countries around the world. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ithaca College in New York.
